EVENT COMMAND WORKSPACE / NOTION PRODUCT PREVIEW

Know the current plan.
Own the next change.

A proposed workspace for event teams that need to distinguish what is approved from what is still being discussed.

IN DEVELOPMENT

The native Notion template is not ready to purchase or duplicate. The example below explains the intended workflow, not a finished Notion interface.

Follow one proposed change

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE / A CATERING ARRIVAL CHANGE

A request is not
the current instruction.

  1. 01

    Current plan: 08:00

The approved catering arrival is 08:00. A new request proposes 08:30; the current plan should stay at 08:00 while that proposal is pending.

  2. 02

    Decision needs an owner

The organizer reviews the proposed arrival and its effects on setup. Approval alone should leave a visible action to update the working records.

  3. 03

    Apply, check, hand over

The owner updates the current instruction, checks the affected tasks and cues, records the revision and prepares the information to issue.

THE PLANNED FIRST VERSION

One connected workspace.
A deliberately focused job.

Five connected areas are planned: events, vendor bookings, tasks, decisions and changes, and run of show. A blank starting point, fictional example and self-guided instructions are being prepared.

Native relations, useful views and a clean duplicate must be tested before these are offered as a finished template. No subscription to a Brief & Cue service or setup call is planned; Notion’s own account requirements will be confirmed with the native build.
